1 General Provisions

mlsbd is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between mlsbd and its users. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service, the user gives full consent to these Terms.

In these Terms, "Platform" refers collectively to the mlsbd website, mobile application, and other digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the mlsbd platform.

mlsbd reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after updated Terms are published means the member automatically agrees to the new terms. It is therefore advisable to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Age Limit

To use the mlsbd platform, a user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No person under 21 may open an account on mlsbd or take part in any betting activity.
• The user must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Bets must be placed in your own name and with your own money — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• The user may only use the service if online gaming or betting is not prohibited under the laws of their place of residence.

mlsbd may at any time request an identity document or other proof to verify age. The account may be suspended if the required documents are not provided.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of account verification, mlsbd may request a copy of a government-issued identity document such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal may be restricted until this process is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account on mlsbd. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be cancelled and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

At registration, the member must provide their correct name, mobile number, email, and any other required details. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Login Credential Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, you must notify mlsbd support immediately. mlsbd is not liable for any loss resulting from misuse of login credentials.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

An mlsbd account is strictly personal. No account may be sold, transferred, or lent to another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

mlsbd handles financial transactions through Bangladesh's widely used mobile financial services. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳500. The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If account verification has not been completed or suspicious activity is suspected, mlsbd reserves the right to process the withdrawal subject to additional verification.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

Members must only transact from a mobile wallet registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are not permitted. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended and the associated funds forfeited.

4.4 Transaction Records

Records of all deposit and withdrawal transactions are kept in the member's account. Any dispute regarding a transaction must be raised with mlsbd support within 30 (thirty) days of the transaction date.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mlsbd offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; before withdrawing this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to the member whose account it has been credited to — it cannot be shared with others.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in bonus cancellation.
• mlsbd reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The mlsbd VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated at a set rate on the weekly net loss. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

mlsbd offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming options. Specific rules apply to each game category.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be withdrawn or changed.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, mlsbd may cancel it and the deposit will be returned.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of any bet, mlsbd's decision is final.
• mlsbd reserves the right to cancel bets placed by exploiting system errors or incorrect odds.

6.2 Sports Betting

Outcomes for cricket, football, and other sporting events are determined based on announcements by the relevant official sports authority. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, mlsbd will refund or settle the bet in accordance with its established policy.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are operated through third-party game providers. The outcomes of these games are entirely random and mlsbd does not intervene in any result. The RTP (Return to Player) for slot games can be found in each game's information.

7 Responsible Gaming

mlsbd believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. All members are advised to play responsibly. The platform is not intended for anyone under 21 years of age.

Gaming addiction is a serious problem. If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, please seek help. mlsbd provides its members with tools such as setting deposit limits, temporarily closing an account, and self-exclusion.

7.1 Protection of Minors

mlsbd has put in place the necessary technical measures to prevent anyone under 21 from using the platform. If there are children or teenagers in the household, the use of parental control software is recommended.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mlsbd platform:

• Obtaining bonuses or promotional offers through fraudulent means
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to bet or play games
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual
• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Operating an account using a third party's identity
• Threatening or harassing other members or mlsbd staff
• Using an account as part of a betting syndicate or wagering arrangement outside the platform

If any of the above activities are detected, mlsbd reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit the balance without notice.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mlsbd platform — logos, graphics, text, images, software, designs, and databases — is the intellectual property of mlsbd. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Members are granted a limited licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence is non-transferable and mlsbd may revoke it at any time.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

mlsbd's detailed policy on the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information has been published separately. mlsbd's Privacy Policy sets out in detail what information is collected, how it is stored, and under what circumstances it may be shared with third parties.

By registering, the member also agrees to mlsbd's Privacy Policy. Information provided by the member is used solely for account management, identity verification, and relevant communications.

10.1 Data Security

mlsbd uses SSL encryption and secure servers to protect member data. Even so, no data transfer over the internet is entirely without risk — members are therefore responsible for keeping their password and login details safe.

11 Service Suspension and Account Closure

mlsbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• At the member's own request
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must contact mlsbd support. Any pending bets or transactions must be settled before the account is closed.

11.1 Service Changes

mlsbd reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game, service, or feature without prior notice. mlsbd is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by platform maintenance.

12 Limitation of Liability

Gaming and betting activities on the mlsbd platform carry inherent financial risk. The member uses the platform with full awareness and acceptance of this risk.

• mlsbd is not liable for any financial loss incurred through gaming or betting.
• mlsbd is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• mlsbd will not be liable for any software errors or bugs in third-party game providers' software.
• mlsbd does not bear responsibility for unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence or lack of security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mlsbd's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the relevant month.

13.1 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, both parties may choose an applicable alternative dispute resolution method.
